Night Market Derbyshire

I have been working on my new ranges, busy creating over the past few months and not had chance to update my blog. I am now updating and here is what I have been up to lately. I had the opportunity to showcase my work at a Christmas Night Market ran by Sheena Holland in Derby at The Old Bell. It was a successful night and I had a lovely time meeting new people/customers. It was great to hear all the positive comments and I would like to thank all that came by my stall. If you would like to purchase any of my items then please check out my Etsy shop:

Here are some pictures from the night. I will be exhibiting again on Saturday 13th December at The Old Bell in Derby.

Sweet As Sugar

To follow my new product range for the home, I have included the addition of a sugar pot to go with my teapot. Hand painted wit my illustration and typography on to the sugar pot with the words, Oh Sugar!

These cute and quaint pots are great for those who have a sweet tooth :) Available in black but can come in a range of colours upon request which include, yellow, pink, red, blue, green, orange and brown.

Here are a few pictures all copyright of Bear in Mind Design 2014

White White White

Having previously framed my LP's artwork in black frames, I have now invested in some white frames to give my customers a choice. If you would like one of my painted LP's or would like your very own personalised LP piece of art framed in either black or white frame then let me know when puting your order in. I have attached some pictures of some recent art framed in the new white frames. Looking good :)

Canvas Commission

I was recently asked to do a painting commission. The client requested a black and white painting of her daughters and had a picture in mind. Using acrylic paint, I used my skill of shading and tonal work to create a very realistic painting. Here are the pictures of my work. If you are interested in having a painting of a loved one, pet, idol or something arty to brighten up your wall then get in touch.

Idol Art

I thought I would post some of my large scaled canvas paintings I painted last year. The paintings of both Frank Sinatra and Audrey Hepburn were painted onto canvas using acrylic paint. If you might be interested in having a favourite idol painted feel free to drop me a message :) All your feedback is also very welcome :)
