It's raining...It's pouring

Today feels like wellies and umbrella weather. So rather than venturing outside, I have decided to stay in and get creative. So many ideas but what to do first??? 

Maybe I will run a little competition for starters :) Anyone fancy taking part then visit my facebook page or twitter :)

Out of this World LP Art

I have been getting some inspiration for some new art and have started working on some new LP art work. The latest work is based on the song/album titles of the LP's. I have taken some photo's of the new work for you to have a glance at. The album's are framed and for sale.

Inspiration in Brighton

I went down to Brighton this summer to get some inspiration for new designs, illustrations and art. With the sea, pebbles and seagulls, I managed to get some inspiring ideas along the way. I will be back in the studio and working on new work very shortly. I will keep you posted. For now here are some cool pictures I took whilst down by the seaside :)

Summer is here

Finally the Summer is here. Hip hip hooray the sun is out for us all to enjoy. Time to get inspired by ice cream, flowers blooming and birds singing in song. Spending a day in the garden getting some ideas together for my upcoming designs and prints. Could I resist a little sunbathing at the same time :)

Let it be Summer

Whilst listening to the rain today, I started an illustration piece for a Zine's Spring/Summer edition. I thought I would be a bit fruity and make humor of the recent weather situation. Here is what I make from pen and watercolour :)

Having spent time putting together my website and adjusting and adding work, I have finally had the finishing touches done to my website all thanks to Banana Split Media.

Canvas Commission

I was recently asked to do a painting commission. The client requested a black and white painting of her daughters and had a picture in mind. Using acrylic paint, I used my skill of shading and tonal work to create a very realistic painting. Here are the pictures of my work.
